of our analysts to resolve the issue you need help on. Whether it's a
data entry error, or a change in information that results from an
event at the feed yard, we're here to help you fix it.

available to you during your business hours - whatever time that
is!
- Call us during Core
hours and speak to an analyst directly. Core Hours are Monday
through Friday 8 am – 5 pm Central.
- Call us after hours,
and our afterhours operators take your information and get to
our support staff.

With CattleXpert™ Annual Support Packages, you stay current with your
technology investment. New releases come to you and provide you with
the latest in technology for the cattle feeding industry.
Updates and patches are provided quickly and can be seamlessly
installed without disrupting operations for the feed yard. With every
new release we supply notes that highlight and explain the new
functionality plus explanations on any fixes that were included.

technology works for you behind the scenes as well.
At our development offices, we incorporate our own data
warehouse tools for tracking and cataloging the requests we receive.
Support calls are properly categorized for immediate attention. Enhancement
suggestions and requests are stored together with our own internal
enhancement ideas and solutions.

Not all of our clients are in the same geographical location. We have
clients spread throughout North America. Being able to provide fast
and efficient support is important to our client's business. By
staying current on new technology developments, our analysts have the
ability to provide you with the type of support that will keep your

Advisory Board
CattleXpert™ understands that the only good development is that which
positively impacts our users.
Because of that idea we have created an Advisory Board made up
of a cross section of our clients from large multi site businesses to
the smallest farmer feeder and many in between. We send out requests for “wish list
programming” items from every user once a year and then when the
Advisory Board meets they set the priority programming and fix list
based off the new wish list.
The Board meets twice a year and once in person at our Elkhorn
office to keep up with the always changing list.
